Located in ‘Uo-machi’, which used to be flourished food culture of castle town, Oka-han.
There are Japanese style set meal, sushi, soba noodles and other dishes, the specialty is ‘Atama Ryori’ which uses nearly all parts of the fish from head to tail.

The castle town in Taketa was surrounded by mountains and far from the sea, so fish were very valuable.
‘Atama Ryori’ was created from the desire to eat valuable fish without wasting it.
You can enjoy variety dishes using local ingredients.
