Kuju Highland is one of Japan’s leading dairy producers. Guernsey Farm raises dairy cattle from Guernsey, England (Guernsey cattle). Visitors can see cattle grazing in the vast pasture and the kids can ride a pony.
The Guernsey Farm restaurant offers buffet-style dining featuring local ingredients in about 40 different selections that are sure to satisfy every taste. Soft served ice cream, cheese, and yogurt, all made with 100% Guernsey milk (golden milk*), and freshly baked bread are available for purchase.

* Because Guernsey milk has a great balance of milk constituents, it is called golden milk in the United States and Europe.
久住高原は日本屈指の酪農産地。ガンジー牧場では、イギリス・ガンジー島原産の乳牛「ガンジー種」が飼育されています。広大な牧野での放牧風景を見学できるほか、子ども向けのポニー乗馬を楽しむこともできます。
園内にはレストランがあり、地元食材を使用したメニュー約40種のバイキングが味わえます。売店にはガンジー牛乳100％（ゴールデンミルク＊）の濃厚なソフトクリーム、チーズやヨーグルト、それに焼きたてパンなどがずらり。質の高い高原の恵みを堪能できる施設です。
＊ガンジー牛のミルクは乳質成分のバランスに優れていることから、欧米では「ゴールデンミルク」 と呼ばれています
