Founded in 1917, Daimaru Ryokan is a long-established inn representing Nagayu Onsen. 1917年創業の長湯温泉を代表する老舗旅館。門をくぐってすぐに感じられるのは、日本の老舗の宿だけがもつ独特の威厳と風通しの良さです。それもそのはず、ここは100年の歴史の中で日本を代表する文化人が数多く訪れた特別な場所。和室、洋室合わせて15部屋のお部屋全てが清流に面していて、何もせずゆっくりと水面を眺めて過ごせる風情があります。四季の恵みをふんだんに使用したお料理には、地元「竹田焼・呂人窯」の個性豊かな逸品が花を添えます。
館内で露天風呂付きの浴室をゆっくり楽しんだあとは、お散歩方々敷地外にある高濃度の炭酸泉「ラムネ温泉」に足を運ぶのも、ここ長湯温泉らしい温泉の楽しみ方です。
